Welcome

I’m a UKCP registered transpersonal integrative psychotherapist based in London, St Leonards on Sea and online. I work primarily with people who have experienced a loss of self-trust, inner guidance and authority – often women, and often as a result of relational, cultural or narcissistic wounding.

You may feel disconnected from your own voice, unsure of what you feel or want, or caught in patterns of self-doubt and second-guessing. This may ultimately have led to a life crisis or breakdown, perhaps depression, anxiety, burnout or chronic illness. Often, this happens slowly – through relationships or environments that required you to adapt, stay silent or mistrust your own perception in order to cope.

Who I work with

I work with people who sense that something true within them has been obscured, and who are ready to return to a deeper sense of self, clarity and inner guidance.

My approach is primarily (though not exclusively) for women who have experienced:

  • loss of self-trust or confidence

  • silencing, people-pleasing, fawning or self-erasure

  • narcissistic or emotionally manipulative relationships in early-life

  • confusion about what is true for them

  • a sense of being disconnected from their inner wisdom

Many women are thoughtful, capable, and outwardly successful, yet feel inwardly uncertain, fragmented or disconnected from their own authority and sense of self. They may have done a great deal of therapy or inner work already, yet still sense that something deeper is wanting attention.

A transpersonal integrative approach

I’m a transpersonal integrative psychotherapist, working at the meeting point of psychological depth and spiritual understanding.

Transpersonal psychotherapy is an established therapeutic approach that recognises human experience as being inclusive of our whole experience, including the wisdom of the body, the psychology of our mind, and also acknowledges a spiritual aspect to life. My integrative psychotherapy training gives me a robust grounding in core Western psychological theory, with a particular focus on early-life development and how this informs the present.

Together, these perspectives allow me to work without reducing people to pathology or squeezing them into a single model, instead meeting each person as unique. My work is grounded in extensive clinical training and experience, and holds spirituality not as belief or ideology, but as lived experience – including intuition, inner guidance, meaning, and connection to a deeper sense of self.

Central to the goals of my approach is restoring trust in your own perception –  supporting you to listen again to yourself and your body, differentiate your own truth from what has been imposed or internalised, and to reconnect with a deeper sense of fully embodied inner authority.

How I work

Much of my work involves helping people separate their own truth from internalised voices, unhelpful early-life conditioning, inherited expectations, and restoring trust in their own knowing.

My clinical approach is depth-oriented, warm, compassionate, creative, mindful, and ethically boundaried, with a strong emphasis on psychological safety and integrity. I aim to create a space in which my clients can find the courage to encounter themselves more fully.

This work is not always comfortable – real change never is. It often involves a willingness to face difficult truths, to recognise and release outdated ways of being and deeply held ego attachments, and to take the risk of beginning to express something more authentic. All of this happens at my clients’ pace, not mine, but I’ve found that readiness and willingness are essential for meaningful therapeutic work.

I do not offer quick fixes or surface-level solutions. At the same time, I respect that not all work needs to be open-ended. Some situations call for ongoing relational therapy; others call for a focused, time-limited intervention.

While the therapeutic relationship is central, I place equal importance on how you relate to yourself between sessions, and work best with clients who are curious, reflective, and willing to take responsibility for their own inner process. Therapy isn’t something that only happens in the room, but something that deepens considerably through reflection, integration and lived experience.

Ways of working with me

I offer three ways of working, depending on what you’re needing at this time.

Long-term psychotherapy
For people seeking ongoing, relational therapeutic work over time. This may be appropriate if you’re wanting depth, continuity and a steady space to explore complex or longstanding patterns. This work is weekly, with a regular slot that becomes yours for the duration of our work together.

Intensives: Return to Self
A time-limited therapeutic intensive for women who want focused support to restore clarity, self-trust and inner authority, without committing to ongoing weekly therapy. This work draws on transpersonal and psychological understanding to support a clear threshold of return and integration.

Sessions for Writers and Creatives
One-off therapeutic consultations for anyone (but often writers and other creatives) who feels blocked, silenced or disconnected from their voice. These sessions offer focused exploration of a specific issue or moment where something needs naming and untangling. This is a space to identify and remove blocks and rediscover your creative potential.
